LYO FOOD is a family owned company from Poland. For over 25 years we have been supplying explorers, alpinists, sailors and adventurers with 100% natural freeze-dried food all over the globe. Our meals have reached the highest mountains, crossed the biggest deserts and sailed the longest regattas. Through the years our products gained the reputation of being the tastiest outdoor meals on the market, winning several international awards, including the Gold Outdoor Industry Award. From the beginning we have said no to pesticides, preservatives, artificial additives, colorants – you will not find any of those inside LYO FOOD products. We are proud to cultivate some of the fruits and herbs on our own fields. Other fruits and herbs as well as vegetables come from farmers known to us personally. What you will find inside are genuine, natural ingredients.
We cultivate, we cook, we freeze-dry, pack and communicate by ourselves. We outsource nothing since we do everything from seed to the final product. This is how we make our food.
In our line we currently have freeze-dried fruits, soups, breakfasts, deserts, meals, smoothies and powders from fruits and vegetables. Based on our experience in freeze-dried meals for sportspeople, we came up with a solution to fast breakfasts and busy lunch breaks.

The LYO Bistro Menu is our solution to fast breakfasts and busy lunch breaks. Our plant based menu consists of really cooked, well-balanced meals to-go. Rich in nutrients, they are exclusively organic and completely free from any preservatives or artificial additives. The dishes require adding hot water and they are ready to be savored in 5 minutes. A perfect solution to eat fast but healthy anytime and anywhere. We want to meet all dietary requirements and face food intolerances. All products from the Bistro menu are exclusively vegan, gluten free, lactose free and allergen free. In our LYO Bistro Menu you will currently find four meals: Chana Masala, Chili sin Carne, Lentil Dhal, Moroccan Stew and two delicious breakfasts Porridge with Apple, Cranberry and Cinnamon and Cocoa Granola with Strawberries. For the Bistro Line we chose a sustainable packaging. The cup, the sealing foil and the lid are completely compostable and can be disposed with organic waste. It is only the sleeve that must be disposed with recyclable paper waste.
