Terms & Conditions


Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd is the organiser of this event. The organiser will contribute up to €150 to the cost of a return flight. All flights must be booked in advance by the attendee and a receipt submitted to the organiser prior to the event. Reimbursement will take place after Natural & Organic Products Europe 2019.


Accommodation will be booked and paid for in advance by the organiser at the host hotel on Sunday 7 April 2019. All room service/minibar costs and expenses will be covered by the attending individual and not the organiser, and must be settled on departure.


The cancellation deadline is 4 weeks prior to the event, 10 March 2019. Your trip will be paid for by the organiser, however any cancellations after this date will be chargeable to the fee of €250 unless a replacement individual who also meets the attending criteria is put forward. The attending organisation is therefore liable to cover the cost of the flights and accommodation should they cancel after the cancellation date and the organiser will issue an invoice to the organisation listed above for the full €250 which will be due for immediate payment.
