New to the show this year was ‘Meet the Experts’ programme, a new innitative dedicated solely to the needs of independent health food retailer. The free seminar workshop based sessions provided participating retailers with skills and information that had immediate practical application in their own stores. Topics included online marketing, negotiating the best prices from suppliers, creating shopper loyalty, and more. Meet the Experts boasts a hand-picked panel of industry professionals.
