Lauren joined the Soil Association in 2016 to grow the organic health and beauty market and raise the profile of certification whilst supporting certified brands grow their business. Spearheading marketing campaigns like Organic Beauty & Wellbeing Week. More recently Lauren has also taken on the Fashion & Textiles scheme, managing all non-food schemes the certification body offers. Lauren was voted 6th within the Top 25 Personalities in Natural Beauty by Natural Beauty News in 2017.
