Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD
Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD is the UK’s leading nutritionist specialising in women’s health. She obtained her doctorate from Cambridge University and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a member of the Nutrition Society.
Dr Glenville is the former president of the Food and Health Forum at the Royal Society of Medicine and is patron of the Daisy Network, a premature menopause charity.
For more than 35 years, Dr Glenville has studied and practised nutrition, both in the UK and in the USA. She gives lectures and seminars throughout the world and appears regularly on radio and TV.
Dr Glenville has written 14 internationally best-selling books on women’s healthcare including the recently published Natural Solutions for Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

This talk will cover the prevalence, types and stages of stress. It will also look at the nutrients and dietary factors that alleviate stress. Testing for adrenal stress will be covered as well as the effects on the immune system, reproduction, brain and nervous system, cardiovascular health and digestion.
