Dale is becoming a prominent voice for healthy eating in the British media, being an authoritarian voice of evidence and science rather than fads and fashion. With many appearances on shows such as ITV’s ‘The Alan Titchmarsh Show, ‘Lorraine’, and ‘This Morning’, and Irelands ‘Four Live’, ‘The Today Show’, and ‘Ireland AM’, Dale is showcasing eating well in the real World. Delicious, fresh, wholesome, indulgent food, that explains what is good for you and why, without all the fluff and nonsense.
As well as TV, Dale also has a great deal of experience in the medium of radio, with previous fortnightly phone ins on BBC Regional Networks, and acclaimed appearances on BBC Radio 2’s The Chris Evans Show, and Steve Wright in the afternoon.
Dale has also been an extensive contributor to printed press, including columns in the Daily Telegraph, and several glossies, as well as a go to expert on food and health for many of the UK’s leading health and food journalists.’
