We are delighted to be unveiling two major new initiatives at Natural & Organic Products Europe 2012. We understand how crucial it is to have the right buyers, both International and UK, at the show to close business, establish leads and secure relationships for your forthcoming trading year.

With this in mind, we are making a significant investment to bring these buyers direct to you at Natural & Organic Products Europe through our new ‘Hosted Buyer Programme’. We have spent the last three months researching and inviting buyers at the highest level, but would also like you to assist us by nominating key, relevant buyers that you would like us to invite on your behalf.

The show brands have also been given a major overhaul this year, and we are looking for buyers that are relevant for each of the following areas within the event:

Who should you nominate?

We are looking for you to nominate key contacts from Wholesalers, Distributors, Importers, Exporters, Large Retailers (Supermarkets/Multiples/Department Stores), and also buyers from some of the larger brands looking to source the unique products that only Natural & Organic Products Europe can offer. We will be hosting places for 100 buyers, who will be selected based on buying power, influence and relevance to the exhibition*.

The location of your buyers:

We are predominantly looking to attract and invite buyers from the following countries:

• Nordic region – Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland
• Benelux
• France
• Germany
• Southern Europe: Spain and Italy
• Central Europe: Poland, Estonia, Romania, Czech Republic and Hungary
• North America: USA and Canada

How we will look after your buyer:

Once you have nominated your buyers we will contact them on your behalf and invite them to attend Natural & Organic Products Europe 2012. They will benefit from:

• A FREE flight to the UK**
• One night’s complimentary accommodation
• An invitation to the Exclusive Natural Products Awards on the evening of Sunday, 1 April 2012
• A breakfast briefing on Monday, 2 April 2012, followed by an orientation tour around the show visiting individual stands
• Buffet lunch, in the Hosted Buyer Lounge on Monday, 2 April 2012 – followed up by time for the buyers to walk the show floor and set up appointments and do business
• Afternoon tea at 4.00pm on Monday, 2 April 2012

*Nominated buyers will be evaluted based on the criteria listed on the nomination form
