This year the awards will be hosted by the amazing Paul Zerdin

At 33, Paul has 17 years experience as a performer which was evident when he stole the show in his third Royal Variety Performance at the Hammersmith Apollo at Christmas 2002 in the presence of HRH the Prince of Wales. Since his first Royal performance in 1997, Paul has appeared regularly on shows such as ITV’s Tonight at the London Palladium with Bruce Forsyth, The Big Stage, The Freddie Starr Show, LWT’s top rated Christmas shows, Shirley Bassey’s 60th Birthday Special, Richard Digance Christmas Special, ITV’s You Bet, BBC’s Generation Game, ITV’s A Royal Gala, ‘Late Night With Jerry Springer’, Ch.4’s The Big Breakfast, ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s Children in Need.

And once we have eaten a superb organic meal and found out who this year’s winners are the full drama of the evening will unfold as the Counterfeit Stones take to the stage. The Counterfeit Stones are one of the world’s leading tribute bands. According to an article in the Independent their fans include Phil Collins, Prince Edward, Joan Collins and Mick Jagger’s ex wife Jerry Hall who described them as “hilarious”. There is even a rumour that Mick himself snuck into a gig.
