This year’s meal will be brought to you by one of London’s leading chefs – Ray Thompson.  Ray has held Head Chef positions at a number of prestigious venues including Hilton’s Waldorf Hotel. He served his apprenticeship at the Dorchester Hotel before moving to France where he was appointed President des Fetes of the Association Cullinaire Francaise.
